Cancellation, Return & Replacement
Cancellation:
Pre-dispatch
If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing your order.
Post dispatch
Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Returns and Exchange:
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for all products except clearance sale products.
- Clearance sale products are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
- The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.
- Sale products (marked as FINAL SALE) are eligible for exchange at a cost of Rs.99 per item.
Return Policy:
- We offer a 10-day return policy for your convenience. If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
- Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds, while COD orders qualify for store credits only. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order within one year from the date of issuance.
- A pickup and refund processing fee of Rs. 99 will be applied per order for returns.
- Sale products (marked as FINAL SALE) are non-refundable; however, replacements are available.
